If the process average is 0.19% nonconforming, what single sampling plan is recommended using the Dodge-Romig LQ tables if LQ is 1.0% and the lot...

Please Refer Dodge-Romig Table-1 Single Sampling Plan in the link for LTPD (LQ) of 1%

For given Lot size of 8000 and Process average 0.19% non-conforming,

so we have to look into the lot size 7001-10000 and process average 0.11-0.20  .

From the table,

Size of sample (n)= 660

Acceptance number for sample(c)= 3

Average outgoing quality limit (AOQL)= 0.28%
